About The Role
As our LX Lead you'll play a central role in designing and creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital learning journeys. Working closely with the wider business, you'll help bring to life the future of learning at LOR.
You'll also lead or contribute to internal communications campaigns that promote our learning initiatives and embed a culture of continuous development.

About The Role
As our LX Lead you'll play a central role in designing and creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital learning journeys. Working closely with the wider business, you'll help bring to life the future of learning at LOR.
You'll also lead or contribute to internal communications campaigns that promote our learning initiatives and embed a culture of continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve digital learner experiences with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the business to understand user needs and design and build intuitive solutions through Human Centred Design or similar approaches.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and learning platforms/interfaces with a consistent and accessible look and feel.
- Lead internal communications campaigns to promote new learning products, tools, and initiatives, using storytelling, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct user research, testing, and feedback loops to continuously improve learning experiences.
- Explore and incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., XR, AI, interactive tools) into the learning journey where appropriate.
- Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, developers, and project stakeholders across the business.
- Translate data and insights into compelling narratives to inform product evolution and influence learning culture.
- Strong portfolio showcasing Design and Engineering work
- Experience in front end development (HTML, CSS, JS, React or similar)
- Experience in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, etc.).
- Experience running creative communications or marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, gathering user insights, and working cross-functionally.
- Understanding of or interest in learning ecosystems, digital platforms (like LMS), or employee engagement tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Backend development experience
- Experience in Illustration.
- Motion design or video creation skills for engaging content.

- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Willing to travel as required.
- Degree qualified (2:2 or higher) in a relevant field (e.g., UX Design, Digital Media, Psychology, HCI, Communication, etc.).
