Your Role And Responsibilities

As a UX Designer, you will lead the design process for our industry-specific software solutions, driving user-centered design methodologies and ensuring seamless integration with our clients' existing workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and collaborate on design systems and style guides.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from research to launch, guiding the team through user-centered design workflows.
  • Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Robust portfolio demonstrating a range of UX design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with design systems and pattern libraries.
  • Background in human-computer interaction or a related field.
  • Experience with user research methods and data visualization tools.
