User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer with a strong background in content design to join a cross-functional product team within a leading global tech company. You’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences across digital products by crafting compelling in-product language, contributing to scalable design systems, and collaborating closely with engineering and design peers.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, edit, and test clear, user-centric product content including interface language, product flows, education materials, nomenclature, and taxonomies
• Apply systems thinking to streamline product information architecture, terminology, and content reuse
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure content is properly implemented and personalized through logic-driven design
• Participate in and contribute to high-fidelity design mockups in Figma
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, data, and internationalization teams to deliver high-quality user experiences across global markets
• Conduct audits of existing content and provide extensible recommendations
• Guide content and product narrative strategy to support business and user goals
• Proactively lead cross-team initiatives and content systems projects
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content design for digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing in-product writing and co-authored design mocks or wireframes used to influence product decisions
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, accessible user content
• Experience working within or contributing to scalable design systems
• Familiarity with content management tools and localization/internationalization workflows
• Comfortable working independently and managing ambiguity across complex initiatives
• Skilled in Figma and other collaborative design tools
