Contract type: Full time
About Us

At Mercedes-Benz Cars, we’re passionate about what we do. Whether we’re exploring ways to make motoring more sustainable, or pushing the boundaries of technology, innovation underpins everything we do.

It’s an exciting time to be part of the team, so what are you waiting for?

How You’ll Play Your Part

We are seeking an innovative and highly driven individual who excels in handling high-volume data to deliver accurate, insightful reports that inform strategic decision-making. Exceptional skills in Power BI and Excel are essential.

In this role, you will oversee the Approved Used Programme, coordinating quarterly retailer programs, managing bonus reconciliations, and ensuring timely payments. You will also manage key operational tools and conduct precise weekly wholesale pricing checks to support seamless operations.

You will develop and manage wholesale and retail campaigns, ensuring alignment with MBUK objectives and securing stakeholder approval. This includes overseeing the quarterly launch of the Approved Used Programme, managing campaign communications, and supporting marketing initiatives. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will influence stakeholders effectively and build trust through your credibility and reliability. As a natural relationship builder, you will proactively manage stakeholder relationships to drive success.

You will play a pivotal role in transforming our Used Car data from Excel to Power BI, leveraging your exceptional attention to detail to create impactful insights. With a results-driven and KPI-oriented mindset, you will focus on achieving performance targets while upholding the highest standards of excellence. Your innovative approach will ensure continuous process improvements and deliver practical, value-driven solutions to support business success.

Demonstrating a strong commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction, you will focus on delivering value and fostering long-lasting relationships. Knowledge of the Used Car Market, combined with experience in a retailer-facing role, would be a valuable advantage in this position.

At Mercedes-Benz, we operate with integrity and therefore you are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with our polices and adhere to the Company's Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law.

What’s In It For You

As well as the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a great team and culture, we’ll offer you a competitive salary and discretionary bonus structure. We also hope you’ll love our products as much as we do, with access to our colleague car schemes. On top of that, you’ll be able to join our pension scheme and you’ll get a flexible benefit pot that can be used to find the benefits that are right for you. We are pleased to be able to offer a hybrid working approach – achieving a great balance between remote and office working.

We’re here to support you – we offer access to colleague wellbeing resources, including an Employee Assistance Programme and Mental health First Aiders, as well as flexible opportunities to support work life balance. We’ll also encourage your development, with the training and knowledge you need to reach your potential.
