In the role of Senior Sales Manager (all genders), you are jointly responsible for further growth in the UK. You are an important building stone to not only move the UK forward, but also our global group. You’re good with people, are communicative, plenty of sales experience and fun in a responsible role in a very fast-moving market. Then this might be something for you.


Job requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in sales.
  • Intuition for "new things" and critical analysis and judgement skills.
  • Proficiency in English written and spoken preferable C2.
  • Ability to work proactively and consistently, and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Success and goal oriented approach to work.
  • Willingness to build customer relationships and travel regularly for development within the business unit.
  • You are a constant learner and want to develop yourself with the team.
  • Best case: You're interested in logistics as well as in e-commerce or have already experience.


Job responsibilities

  • As an experienced and communicative sales personality in the office and in the field, you will identify and approach potential new customers and contribute to the further development of our company.
  • Based on your sales experience and negotiation skills, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers by cold calling (classic & new innovative ways) and in the long run by converting inbounding leads.
  • Once you have contacted a new potential customer, you will be responsible for preparing the offer and carrying out follow-up tasks in the context of the acquired contacts.
  • You constantly monitor market and sales trends, recognize potential and follow up on opportunities.
  • Dealing with and maintaining data in our CRM tool is also part of the diverse range of tasks.
