As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the national delivery of our operations. You will oversee the efficient and effective delivery of all installations and services to our customers, ensuring that we continue to achieve our ambitious growth targets

wth• Establish and oversee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulati

ons• Develop and implement day-to-day operational systems and proces

ses• Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and explore cost-reduction opportunit

ies• Implement and execute the delivery of future technologies (e.g., Air Source Heat Pumps, Electric Vehicle charge
