Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Implement responsive design principles to ensure a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers and developers, providing guidance and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
  • Appreciable knowledge of scripting languages, and an understanding of back-end workflow programming is an advantage
  • Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design and development work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
