This is an excellent opportunity for motivated graduates to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and growing pharmaceutical company.

During the scheme, you will rotate through various business areas, gaining exposure to multiple facets of the industry. With support from a dedicated mentor with extensive pharmaceutical expertise and guidance from managers in each department, you'll have the resources to develop your skills and build a strong foundation for your career.

What You Will Need

• A bachelors or masters degree in a relevant discipline
• Strong enthusiasm for and interest in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to tackling a variety of tasks
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Permanent residency in the UK, either through indefinite leave to remain or UK citizenship

What You Will Receive

• Salary of £24,000 per year.
• Relocation payment to support with a move to the local/commutable area.
