We have several offices in Central and Southern England and have ambitious plans to expand our business. To support the organisation’s growth, we have created a new opportunity for a Trust Tax Manager to join our growing Tax team. This is a full-time permanent position that will be based in our Thame office. The role will also offer hybrid (three days in the office and up to two days working at home) and flexible working options (flexing your hours on different days to suit your lifestyl

  • ents
    Fully qualified (ACA or ACCA prefer
  • red).3 years UK post-qualified experience, preferably within a medium or large-sized
  • firm.Knowledge of the agricultural sector is highly desir
  • able.Detailed understanding of the different types of trusts and the tax implications the
  • reof.Tax return and accounts preparation experience with a wide range of UK tr
  • usts.Experience with the CCH suite of tax and accounting software would be benefi

Your key responsibilities will

  • include:Preparation of the annual tax returns and trust accounts for a complex portfolio of Trust and Estate
  • clients.Review of IHT returns on death, periodic charges and exit
  • charges.Assist the Partners with advisory work and trust technical
  • queries.Ongoing management of the client portfolio including updating the Trust Registration
  • Service.Liaising with clients directly and attending Trustee meetings with the lead partner where r
  • equired.Provide support to the senior members of the Trust team as r
