Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust is offering an exciting opportunity to become a Trust Senior Vice Principal. This is a new post designed to support senior teams across our 5 secondary academies. The post may involve deployment at academies to meet specific requirements and to drive up standards. The successful applicant will work directly for the Executive Principal for our secondary academies. We are looking to invest in someone who has the drive and ambition for further promotion.
Key Responsibilities Include
Providing strong, strategic leadership in line with the Trust’s vision and values
Driving improvements in teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum design in our secondary academies
Supporting and developing staff through coaching, CPD, and performance management
Managing day-to-day operations in an academy and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment
Working in partnership with stakeholders and the wider community to raise outcomes for all students
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organisational skills
Is committed to collaboration, equity, and community engagement
Has a flexible, can-do attitude and is prepared to support where needed
Is experienced across many areas of leadership in secondary schools
