As we enhance our leasing business, with a transformative £25 million four-year program to ensure we meet our service delivery and create the best online experience for all our customers, we're building a dynamic Treasury department and looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our evolving Group Treasury team.
In this new and pivotal role, you'll take ownership of managing data for Group Treasury and support data analytics that provide valuable insights into our operations, sharing key findings with key stakeholders. You'll also play a crucial part in large-scale transformation projects as we upgrade our core systems. You'll be at the forefront of these initiatives from a Treasury perspective and helping to shape the future of Zenith.

What's The Role
- Support ad-hoc data and reporting requests related to Zenith's Agency, Back-to-Back, Extension, and Stock Funding facilities
- Collaborate with a talented team to navigate the complexities of funding in a rapidly growing business
- Manage and maintain the systems that support operational activities
- Taking part in exciting projects that will shape the treasury landscape at Zenith and enhance our operational efficiency
- Support the Group's transformation program, providing clear and detailed requirements to support system design and data migration activities
- Lead transformational activities within Group Treasury, including the development of new tools, data flows and systems to optimize efficiency.
- Experience of working in an analytical role in a financial services business
- Financial modelling experience
- Experience of working in a dynamic business environment and managing multiple priorities
- Experience of handling large volumes of data, with advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to accuracy and control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
- The ability to adapt quickly to new IT systems and a willingness to learn
- A proactive mindset with the drive to take ownership of tasks and thrive in ambiguous environments
- Salary up to £65,00 per annum (depends on experience) & Annual bonus
