Transport Compliance manager

Pay Rate: £36,800 - £38, 800

Grade: RCS M

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday starting between 5am-8am

Location: Hebburn - NE31 1SP

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Compliance Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily Transport Compliance requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Be responsible for ensuring that the transport operation meets DHL's legal and policy requirements for transport compliance
• Ensure all vehicles are legally compliant with servicing, maintenance and MOT requirements
• Produce daily/weekly reports on all compliance tasks in line with DHL legal compliance and auditing
• Manage a fleet of 60 vehicles/trailers
• Manage transport systems to ensure that all servicing and tachograph reports are completed
  
  
  

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Must have experience managing an LGV fleet
• Previous experience within a transport operation with knowledge of transport regulations
• Previous management experience desirable
