We're now looking for a Night Shift Transport Clerk to support the safe, legal and efficient operations of transport.

We're now looking for a Night Shift Transport Clerk to support the safe, legal and efficient operations of transport.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Briefing and de-briefing drivers
- Supporting the safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's
- Ensuring drivers are legal and compliant at the shift starts and understanding tachographs are downloaded
- Preparation & reconciliation of delivery paperwork, POD's etc.
- Defect reporting and call outs, updating systems and essential data for KPI tracking by the business.
- Previous experience in a transport operation would be advantageous
- Have excellent communication skills
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Have knowledge of working time legislation and tacho law
