Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our Transport Administration Team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working primarily within our in-house Traffic Management System and Network Partner Systems to manage transport operations efficiently.
  • Collaborating closely with the Network Supervisor and Group Transport Administrator Manager to ensure all jobs are accurately prepared for invoicing.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider transport team, ensuring all documentation and records are maintained to a high standard.
  • Communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve queries promptly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of transport administration.
  • A collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly in transport or logistics software (experience preferred but not essential, as training will be provided).
