We are recruiting a Transformation Lead to join our team, located in Fawley, Southampton. The successful candidate will have day-to-day management of a location, including task and people management, budget control, service delivery and client satisfaction prioritization. This role will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the operations at the site, working with the CBRE team and our selected suppliers to ensure that the quality of services that are provided are always to a high standard, continually improved to exceed customer expectations. E&PS ‘Helping you do what you do better’. This role will have overall responsibility for the account delivery of the hard and soft services, and will also be responsible for the management of the client systems.

You’ll identify opportunities, implement solutions, and ensure every initiative accelerates progress without compromising safety or quality. This role will need someone who has a pro-active & driven approach to driving results in both a structured and formal manner. This role requires someone who has a keen appetite to deliver results in a high-pressure environment where everything needs to be done faster.

Key Responsibilities

Acts as single point of contact and develops positive relationships with the client for all additional scope opportunities and facilities management services at Fawley. Lead the Transformation Journey: Develop and execute a roadmap that delivers measurable improvements in efficiency and sustainability.

Be the Client’s Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships and anticipate needs to exceed expectations.

Drive Operational Excellence: Collaborate with FM and Project teams to deliver seamless, safe, and rapid results.

Unlock Growth Opportunities: Promote CBRE’s capabilities and identify additional solutions to support client objectives.

Inspire and Lead Teams: Mentor and guide site teams to foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Person Specification

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

7-10+ years in facilities management, operations, or transformation leadership roles.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead change at a senior level

Expertise in operational improvement and project delivery.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and refinery operations is a plus.

The job demands a high level of managerial capability, creativity, resourcefulness, interpersonal and communications skills, leadership and organizational abilities.

Diligence and Sense of Urgency

The Lead must display diligence in abundance in servicing clients; in addition, time management and a sense of urgency are crucial.

Quality Control

The Site Lead must possess an eye for quality and attention to detail.
