Salary: £39,869 to £42,839 per annum
Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract type: Two -year Fixed term or Secondment opportunity
Location: County Hall, Chichester and working from home (Hybrid approach)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven TMO Officer to help shape the future of our organisation. You’ll support the portfolio development of our new enterprise transformation office, enabling consistent, high-impact programme delivery across the Council.
What You’ll Do
- Support enterprise-wide transformation through smart governance and assurance.
- Coordinate reporting, risks, benefits, and budgets across key programmes.
- Maintain TMO tools and systems that keep everything running smoothly.
- Collaborate with programme teams and senior stakeholders to drive success.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in project/programme support and TMO/Programme Management Office (PMO) environments.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- A proactive mindset and great communication across teams.
- Public sector or transformation experience is a bonus!
