About The Role
Reporting into the Training Systems & Quality Assurance Manager, the successful Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training and business education requests in line with HR policies, service-level agreements and timetables to maximise utilisation . You will also be supporting the competence team with new initiatives and develop and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders .

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you as the successful Training Coordinator will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)
- Maintaining course information i.e. preferred vendors and course costs
- Liaising with suppliers and scheduling training dates to meet ongoing business demands
- Organising internal & external resources as appropriate
- Identifying employees who are needing refresher training and liaising with training managers to authorise
- Contacting line managers to allocate employees onto available events
- Ensuring employee training records are maintained in accordance with compliance standards
- Raising PO’s and goods receipting in line with SLA’s and closing out events in their entirety
- Please note that this is a fixed-term contract until December 2026**
We are looking for an Training Coordinator who is:
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Maintain a good level of attention to detail
- Good practical knowledge and ability in Microsoft packages
- Able to plan, prioritise and deliver own workload
