The Role Of a Training Coordinator Includes
- Liaising with training attendees and training providers.
- Scheduling and booking training courses in line with compliance criteria, including making calls to fill courses and issuing calendar invites.
- Maintaining office databases, various excel spreadsheets and processing online bookings.
- Raising supplier purchase orders.
- Updating employee training records.
- Dealing with queries on the phone, by email and via Microsoft Teams.
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
