Are you passionate about transforming education through technology?
At Turn IT On, we’re looking for an inspiring Training and Transformation Lead to champion digital transformation across our growing network of schools. This is a unique opportunity to shape how educators embrace EdTech, AI, and digital platforms to enhance learning, reduce workload, and build confidence in the classroom.
As part of our mission to support over 1,200 schools, you’ll work closely with school leaders, teachers, and Trusts—delivering high-impact training, shaping strategic initiatives, and guiding the adoption of tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and emerging AI applications.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering CPD programmes including Microsoft MIEE and Google Educator sessions
- Leading face-to-face, remote, and hybrid training sessions tailored to school needs
- Acting as a subject matter expert for EdTech and digital transformation in education
- Auditing and improving digital learning strategies in schools and Trusts
- Collaborating with our internal teams to align training with cyber, service desk and project initiatives
- Representing Turn IT On at conferences and industry events
You will have:
- Proven experience in education, EdTech, or digital transformation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A deep understanding of how digital tools can enhance pedagogy and school improvement
- Ability to deliver training that is engaging, impactful, and inclusive
- Strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach
It would be great if you also have:
- Microsoft MIE Trainer/Expert or Google Certified Educator/Trainer status
- Experience with AI in education, safeguarding or inclusion through technology
- A background in teaching, school leadership or educational consultancy

The role is offered on a full year, full-time basis and the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
