As a trainer and Enablement specialist, you will develop and maintain knowledge resources within a great Enablement team, and conduct internal, partner and customer trainings.

What we are looking for?

A trainer for our customers, to enable them with the knowledge to use, administer and support their Dalet systems, and a trainer to help our partners understand Dalet solutions to better sell and deploy Dalet.

A Sales Enablement Builder to join our Revenue Operations team — someone who thrives in uncharted territory and is excited to build GTM enablement from the ground up. This role isn’t about inheriting a playbook; it’s about writing the first edition. You’ll architect programs, frameworks, and tools that empower our sales teams to sell smarter and faster, setting the foundation for scalable growth. The right person will be a pioneer, strategist, and hands-on builder who can transform a blank canvas into a best-in-class enablement engine

What You’ll Be Doing?

As a trainer and enablement specialist, you will design, deliver, and evolve programs that accelerate knowledge, adoption, and performance across sales, partners, employees, and customers.

Training Delivery & Content

  • Deliver training sessions in-person or virtually with minimal supervision, leveraging modern instructional design techniques.
  • Monitor learner progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve training delivery.
  • Document new features, workflows, and best practices for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide course content feedback to the broader Enablement Team to maintain consistency across Dalet’s curriculum portfolio.

Sales Enablement

  • Own the onboarding, training, and continuous learning lifecycle for sales, customer success, and channel partners.
  • Design and implement scalable enablement frameworks that align with revenue growth goals and buyer journey stages.
  • Develop training programs to equip sales teams with product knowledge, competitive positioning, and value-selling techniques.
  • Use data and field feedback to measure program effectiveness and continuously refine enablement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure go-to-market readiness for new features and workflows.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides.
  • Deliver regular product update briefings and onboarding programs for new sales hires.
  • Leverage CRM (Salesforce), CMS, and sales engagement tools (HubSpot) to deliver relevant enablement content and analyze its impact.
  • Facilitate feedback loops between sales and Product/Marketing to continuously refine GTM strategies.
  • Elevate the performance and confidence of sales reps through coaching programs and real-world application.

Partner Enablement

  • Build scalable training and certification programs for Dalet’s global partner network.
  • Provide partners with resources to effectively position, sell, and support Dalet solutions.
  • Organize partner boot camps and ongoing enablement sessions (virtual and in-person).
  • Track and evaluate partner engagement and knowledge adoption.

Employee Enablement

  • Deliver engaging onboarding and continuous learning programs for Dalet employees worldwide.
  • Document and maintain up-to-date internal knowledge resources, product guides, and workflow documentation.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all training content.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment where employees are encouraged to ask questions and grow.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful?

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Partner/Employee Enablement, Training, or a related role.
  • Multilingual excellence: English and French spoken and written. Knowledge of Spanish would also be a great asset.
  • Experience creating and delivering content in multiple mediums (written, video, interactive).
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to work with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Comfortable in an international, fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, and customer adoption practices.
  • Experience in the Broadcast/Media workflow industry (Ingest, Media Processing, Scheduling, MAM, Playout, etc.) required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel globally to customer and partner sites.
  • Applicants must have legal authorization to work in their country of residence; we do not provide visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role.
