Matthew Tucker, European Contracts Director, boasts ten years of recruitment experience within Barrington James, progressing from consultant to his current position on the board. Matthew has developed numerous £500K+ billers, managers, directors, and award-winners in the business and is now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join his function.
The European Contracts division never fails to deliver on vacancies that require senior and niche advisors for cutting-edge pharmaceutical trials and projects. This is a particularly fast-paced and entrepreneurial function which rewards hard work with fees unseen elsewhere in the recruitment industry.

- Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies across your vertical within the pharmaceutical sector
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
