Trainee Estate Agent - Lettings

Fantastic career opportunity at our busy and successful Reeds Rains Branch in Hanley as we are looking to recruit a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Lettings properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times.

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £23,000 - £24,000
• 6 months guaranteed commission pay.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
