Trainee Estate Agent

Reeds Rains Branch in Consett are looking to recruit a Trainee Negotiator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will

• Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
• Generate and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between all parties.
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times.
  
  
  

Industry experience is ideally required, however we will consider suitable transferrable skills in Sales, Customer Service etc.

In return we offer

• On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £23,000 plus per annum
• 6 months guaranteed commission pay.
• 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
