As a Trainee Butcher, you’ll be an essential part of our production team—supporting the preparation of meat products across departments including main butchery, slaughter, primal, and middle debone. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to learn and build a future in the food industry.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Butcher, you will:

  • Learn and develop butchery skills through hands-on training and mentoring
  • Support meat preparation tasks across multiple production areas
  • Follow strict hygiene, quality, and safety standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Embrace continuous improvement in all aspects of your work
