Key Responsibilities
This is a varied role covering delivery and collection of the equipment we hire, customer service in branch at the hire desk and basic cleaning and maintenance of the hire equipment. We provide extensive training for anyone joining our tool hire team so you can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
This is a varied role covering delivery and collection of the equipment we hire, customer service in branch at the hire desk and basic cleaning and maintenance of the hire equipment. We provide extensive training for anyone joining our tool hire team so you can hit the ground running.
- Delivery and collection of hire tools and equipment using a 3.5t vehicle (often with trailer attachment), talking customers through how to operate them on site
- Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of our tool hire equipment in the branch workshop
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
- Use our in-house systems to process customer hires at the hire desk, organise delivery and collection of equipment, keeping customers updated throughout their journey
- Working according to Health & Safety compliance

- UK manual driving license, held for 1 year minimum, no more than 6 points
- Previous industry experience would be beneficial (tool/plant hire)
- Comfortable in a role involving multi drop deliveries
- Experience in a customer facing role with a positive and flexible attitude
