Ticketing Systems Coordinator

As our Ticketing Core Systems Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our ticketing and access control systems are performing at their best – before, during and after matchdays. From testing turnstiles and uploading barcodes, to building events on Ticketmaster and supporting our matchday teams, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring supporters enjoy a seamless journey into the stadium.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems & Ticketing
- Monitor and resolve any access control system errors prior to matchdays.
- Activate season passes and run permission updates for upcoming games.
- Test turnstile management portals and physical access controls.
- Set up and launch online event sales, ensuring smooth Ticketmaster performance.
- Build email confirmations for fixtures and events.
Matchday Operations
- Oversee access control systems to ensure smooth supporter entry.
- Manage turnstile portals, timings, and screen information.
- Support turnstile stewards to resolve issues on the spot.
- Test and upload away ticket barcodes ahead of gates opening.
- Provide matchday and event day support to internal departments.
Reporting & Administration
- Produce detailed attendance and no-show reports after fixtures.
- Handle the Digital and Staff Ticket mailboxes, responding promptly to queries.
- Attend meetings with technology providers and liaise with phone suppliers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners.
- Support ticket office staff, maintain printers, and deliver systems training.
What We’re Looking For?
- Previous experience in ticketing or a box office environment.
- Strong understanding of event ticketing systems and operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programmes, particularly Excel.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system errors under pressure.
- Organised, self-motivated, and flexible with a hands-on approach.
