  • Build email confirmations for fixtures and events.

Matchday Operations

  • Support turnstile stewards to resolve issues on the spot.
  • Test and upload away ticket barcodes ahead of gates opening.
  • Provide matchday and event day support to internal departments.

What We’re Looking For?

  • Previous experience in ticketing or a box office environment.
  • Strong understanding of event ticketing systems and operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programmes, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system errors under pressure.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and flexible with a hands-on approach.

What can we offer to you?

  • 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising with service).
  • Free on-site parking.
  • Complimentary matchday tickets for Men's and Women’s home fixtures.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (Help@Hand) including mental health support, virtual GP, and more.
  • Enhanced Company Pension Scheme.
  • Life Assurance cover (2x annual salary).
  • Access to Club discounts and offers.
  • The opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and professional sporting environment.
