We are currently seeking dedicated Therapeutic Support Workers and Senior Therapeutic Support Workers to join the team and contribute to creating a nurturing and empowering environment for young people aged 13-18 years.
Our client operates four homes in Surrey and West Sussex. Situated in rural locations, their homes offer a warm, supportive atmosphere where they help young people navigate their past traumas and build a brighter future. They prioritise clear boundaries, achievable goals, and positive reinforcement to support their growth.

- Staying informed on legislation and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Monitoring and recording young people's progress, achievements, and important life events.
- Collaborating with local authorities/placing authorities to provide outstanding care.
- Fostering positive relationships with parents/carers to support young people's development.
- Being flexible in daily tasks, including domestic responsibilities within the home.
- Valid Driving License: Due to the rural locations of our homes, a valid driving license is essential for this role.
- Passionate and Energetic: We're seeking individuals passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives and bringing energy and enthusiasm to their work every day.
- While not mandatory, having an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field would be advantageous.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with young people, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Flexible and Adaptable: The ability to adapt to changing situations and work schedules, as well as being flexible in your approach to tasks and responsibilities, is crucial for success in this role.
