You will be able to clearly demonstrate this knowledge and understanding, sharing and guiding with the team and families as required.
- Leadership and Oversight - When required you will deputise within the team in the absence of the Lead therapist, completing any additional check in sessions, advising on mental health and wellbeing needs of the families in the moment and further ensuring coping and grounding skills and techniques are delivered to the families and the family centre staff team when needed.
