We Offer
We are seeking a motivated Test Quality Engineer to join our quality assurance team and help deliver high-quality testing outcomes. In this role, you will assist in applying structured test practices and technical solutions to support accelerated business results through test optimisation and automation. You will gain hands-on experience with tools such as Cucumber, Java, JIRA, and Confluence, and learn performance testing techniques. Guided by senior engineers, you will help implement model-based test design approaches and accelerate test automation using the IGNITE platform. You will also support the use of cognitive tools to shift from detection-based testing to prevention-based quality engineering. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational skills in test quality, quality planning, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

- Support test optimisation activities to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Help prepare quality plans for projects under guidance.
- Participate in performance testing activities.
- Document and track test progress using JIRA and Confluence.

- Awareness of performance testing concepts.
