Qualitest is looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the OSS/BSS testing workstream for a large-scale telecom transformation programme. This role will involve defining and executing the overall test strategy across complex, integrated systems within the telecom domain.

About The Role
Qualitest is looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the OSS/BSS testing workstream for a large-scale telecom transformation programme. This role will involve defining and executing the overall test strategy across complex, integrated systems within the telecom domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the end-to-end test strategy for OSS/BSS systems, covering functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop detailed test plans, schedules, and resource allocation aligned with project objectives.
- Oversee all phases of testing, including:
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Live Verification Testing (LVT)
- Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT)
- PIT Testing
- Regression Testing
- Ensure test environments are properly configured, maintained, and aligned with release schedules.
- Track and report test progress, defects, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development, architecture, and business teams to ensure testing aligns with technical and business requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for test deliverables and integration activities.
- Work closely with the RAN Test Engineer to ensure seamless integration and validation between OSS/BSS and RAN domains.
- Support validation of 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G RAN technologies, including vRAN, small cells, MIMO, and timing/synchronization protocols (GPS, PTP).
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Manager role.
- Strong background in telecom OSS/BSS systems (e.g., Order Management, Billing, CRM, Network Inventory).
- Proficiency with test management tools such as Jira and Xcal.
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive quality across complex, multi-vendor environments.
