To provide high quality Project Management in the Temporary staffing function.
To provide the ability to adopt standard Project Management methods effectively across a wide range of project streams to reset and improve the Trust’s temporary staffing position and identify appropriate solutions to meet the project’s scope including demonstrable qualitative and quantitative benefits.

To work with the Head of People Services, Resourcing Manager, Flexible Workforce Lead and other key stakeholders to improve the Temporary Staffing service.
Lead on the Project to ensure there is an identified list of agreed workstreams and that the current team are fully trained and versed how their roles and responsibilities to better support the future vision of the function.
Link in with People Services, Rostering, HRSystems and Workforce, Recruitment, Training and Payroll to teams to ensure joined up working and improvements are achieved.
