Temporary Building Team Leader (Hayes) - £32000 - £40000 pro rata salary
You'll be supporting residents day-to-day, handling maintenance queries, responding to lettings enquiries, and booking in viewings.
Working alongside a great on-site maintenance manager, you'll keep lettings enquiries ticking over and be supported with a full handover the Friday before starting.

- £17-£20.per hour, depending on experience
- Weekly pay, every Friday
- Additional hourly holiday pay accrued
- Potential to go permanent with the wider business
- Mon-Fri only, 9 - 6pm (closed weekends and bank holidays)

What You'll Need
- Experience in residential lettings or resident services.
- Confidence speaking with residents and applicants.
