Temporary Administrator

Are you immediately available with a strong background in Administration?

Our Engineering client based in East Lothian is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join them for up to 12 months with the potential to go permanent.

30 hours per week with free onsite parking, easily accessible via public transport.

What you’ll need

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and communications
• Oversee inventory and procurement of office and lab supplies
• Coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings and catering
• Assist the laboratory technician with administrative tasks
• Maintain office facilities and liaise with contractors
• Update marketing materials and support health and safety documentation
• Conduct inventory system overhauls and vendor paperwork development
• Provide logistical support for recruitment events
• Offer general administrative support, including filing and document management
  
  

What you’ll need

• Strong experience with SharePoint and Excel
• Solid administrative and facilities management skills
• Ability to work independently and quickly learn new processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Teams
