Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

As a Temp Spa Therapist with Spa Elite, you’ll be providing high-quality spa treatments, which can include massages, facials, and body therapies or treatments that align with your qualifications and experience. You will have the opportunity to work in different locations, meet new spa teams and guests, and adapt your skills in a variety of professional spa settings.

In these exquisite settings, you’ll bring your expertise to life, delivering luxurious and rejuvenating treatments that ensure each client feels pampered and rejuvenated. With an emphasis on exceptional service, you will create unforgettable five-star experiences that leave a lasting impression. • Deliver a range of spa treatments, ensuring a luxurious and personalised experience for each client
• Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism across all locations
• Adapt to various spa settings and teams, integrating smoothly to ensure seamless client care
• Uphold spa and industry standards in hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols

Requirements

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent certification in spa, beauty, holistic or massage
• Personality: Friendly, professional, and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive can-do approach to tasks
• Attending Accepted Shifts & Time Keeping: Treatments and schedules are pre planned to create a smooth flow between therapists. Attending booked shifts and being punctual ensures that the spa can maintain a seamless experience for guests and a balanced workload for staff. Reliable therapists are more likely to be offered additional shifts, preferred assignments, and opportunities in premium locations, enhancing both experience and income potential.
