Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 plus £4,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm and Friday 8.30am-1.00pm (36.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.
• Introduce and explain the benefits of the products/services being offered.
• Identify customer needs and tailor the conversation to address them.
• Set appointments or close sales, depending on the campaign objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Provide feedback to the team on customer reactions and market trends.
