What You’ll Do
- Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of new Technology capability or enhancements to current Technology capability.
- Compile & own your Project Plan, bringing together multiple plans and dependencies across a range of teams (sprint, scrum, test, integrate, release, and more) into one overarching perspective and plan.
- Managing RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), governing milestones, and receipting adherence in line with your project plan.
- Embedding lean governance operating models, valuing ownership, responsiveness, predictability, and transparent delivery over pre-prepared project reporting.
- Managing the project finances and supplier commercials, including internal Capex/Opex
- Set and adjust budget forecast for the project, based on business dynamics and historical trends of delivery.
- Establishing a heartbeat of reviews and reporting to the Digital Portfolio Manager.
- Demonstrable experience in building and managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Experience of managing IT Programmes using Agile and Waterfall approach
- Proven track record of managing Application Development and Infrastructure Upgrade projects
- Leadership – ability to manage, motivate & develop a direct team and in a matrix environment
