About the Role
ACTTnow is seeking a driven and experienced Technical Trainer / Training Manager to join our Doncaster team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead training delivery, manage a team of associate trainers, and ensure full compliance with awarding bodies, while making the role your own.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accredited and non-accredited courses including ECITB, CITB, First Aid, Confined Space (Medium Risk), Fire Safety, Working at Height and more.
- Manage and mentor associate trainers, ensuring quality and consistency in delivery.
- Oversee compliance with ECITB, City & Guilds, CITB, Qualsafe, and other awarding organisations.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Team to promote courses, manage social media presence, attend exhibitions, and maximise course uptake.
- Innovate in training delivery, integrating classroom, blended, and e-learning solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recognised teaching/training qualification (L3 AET, Cert Ed, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Recognised assessment training/qualification (CAVA, TAQA or equivalent).
- Current accrediting body delivery approvals desirable.
- Health & Safety qualification (Level 3 and/or NEBOSH General Certificate).
- Experience managing trainers and overseeing compliance in a regulated environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
The Offer:
- Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- Location: Doncaster based with travel to other ACTTnow delivery sites, with occasional travel to client sites.
