Vacancy Details
In the Technical trainer position you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing operational safety training across production facilities and construction sites. You will play a key role in ensuring that our workforce is fully competent in safe working practices, in compliance with legislation, industry standards, and company procedures.
Other Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
The successful candidate have previous experience working as Safety Trainer / Safety Coach / Technical Trainer within a high-risk, heavy industry, ideally structural steel, construction, manufacturing, or engineering. You will will hold a teaching and or training qualification i.e. Level 3 Education and Training Award Teaching Qualification or equivalent

Vacancy Details
In the Technical trainer position you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing operational safety training across production facilities and construction sites. You will play a key role in ensuring that our workforce is fully competent in safe working practices, in compliance with legislation, industry standards, and company procedures.
Other Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Delivering engaging Technical training including plant & equipment courses across the group to achieve high standards
- Create and update current training courses ensuring they meet the relevant criteria.
- Update & maintain accurate training records on the LMS
- Delivering high standards of face to face training
- To evaluate and act on feedback from courses delivered.
- To keep up to date with their Instructor qualifications / accreditations so they can deliver a range of technical courses
