The Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering technical training to engineers worldwide and creating training content. This role will be located at our headquarters in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire with some overseas travel expected.

As a Technical Trainer at Linx, you will:

• Deliver technical training on Linx product installation, fault-finding, and maintenance
• Create and update face-to-face and online training content for new product launches
• Collaborate on engineering projects to develop training for new products
• Measure success through distributor feedback
  
  
  

Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate are:

• Electrical and/or mechanical engineering technical background (and relevant degree, HND/HNC, or relevant industry experience)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Technical Trainer
• Highly customer focused
• Ability to create engaging digital training content
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time and to work from our office at St Ives.
