Technical Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• develop and implement dashboards using PowerBI to support strategic initiatives.
• provide clear, precise reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and meaningful data presentation.
• identify opportunities to leverage data for the benefit of the council.
• provide training and support for core systems and processes, fostering data quality assurance.
• degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
• extensive experience in information management and project management.
• proficiency in IT applications, particularly spreadsheets and PowerBI
• strong numeracy and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• in-depth knowledge of management information systems and performance monitoring processes.
• ability to analyse complex data and present it in a user-friendly format.
