We are seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to join our Performance and Risk team. In this pivotal role, you will support the development of performance dashboards and tools, ensuring high data quality and insightful analysis to drive an enhanced performance management culture across the council.

Key Responsibilities
- develop and implement dashboards using PowerBI to support strategic initiatives.
- provide clear, precise reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
- collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and meaningful data presentation.
- identify opportunities to leverage data for the benefit of the council.
- provide training and support for core systems and processes, fostering data quality assurance.
- degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
- extensive experience in information management and project management.
- proficiency in IT applications, particularly spreadsheets and PowerBI
- strong numeracy and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- in-depth knowledge of management information systems and performance monitoring processes.
- ability to analyse complex data and present it in a user-friendly format.
