- Any business analysis and agile development skills will help the user teams to implement new requirements.

3+ years experience in
- Any CRM system which holds contact details. ERPNext, the one we use, would be perfect
- Training
- GDPR compliance
- Supporting teams to bulk email their contacts
- Email services, avoiding spamming our contacts and remaining compliant
- Technical knowledge of ERPNext
- Business analyst of user requirements
