About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to lead our development and infrastructure teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing software delivery, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring our technology stack is scalable, secure, and future-proof. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise with strong people management and strategic planning.

About You

  • Lead, mentor, and manage development teams working on Angular front-end, C# services, and associated infrastructure.
  • Oversee system architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain scalable infrastructure leveraging Service Fabric.
  • Ensure best practices in database design and performance optimization across SQL and non-SQL data stores.
  • Drive engineering excellence through continuous integration, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other departments to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for technology projects.
  • Implement and maintain security, compliance, and data governance standards.

To Be Ahead Of The Pack, You Might Have

  • Proven experience leading software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies, particularly Angular.
  • Proficiency in backend development using C# and familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Azure Service Fabric or similar container orchestration platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering and 2+ years in a managerial/leadership role.
