What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the design of vendor solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Deliver outstanding service and meet predefined SLAs.
- Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bills of materials.
- Respond quickly to queries and customer care issues.
- Communicate product and technology information to internal and external audiences.
- Handle product and solution enquiries from sales teams and resellers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to profile repeatable solutions for inventory planning.
- Apply vendor promotions effectively.
- Work toward required technical knowledge and vendor accreditations.
- Support the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to boost partner engagement.
- Deliver basic post-sales implementation services.
- Ideally certifications across single or multiple vendors.
- Professional and polished presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Attention to detail, priority management, and planning skills.
- Solid business acumen and confidence in leading professional engagements.
- IT industry knowledge — Channel, Vendors, Competition, and End User (desirable but not essential)
