Role Overview:
As a Technical Pre-Sales Architect – AI (Copilot), you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our clients harness the power of AI to transform productivity, collaboration, and decision-making. Sitting at the intersection of technology and business value, you’ll lead the design and articulation of AI-driven solutions - primarily leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and the broader Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with sales, solution consultants, and technical teams to understand client challenges, craft intelligent solution architectures, and demonstrate how AI can be embedded into everyday workflows across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who is passionate about AI innovation and thrives on translating complex technology into real-world outcomes.

What skills and working characteristics should this person have?
- AI & Microsoft Copilot Expertise
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot across M365 apps and its role in enhancing productivity and decision-making.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, and integrating generative AI into business workflows.
- Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
- Applied AI in Microsoft Ecosystems
- Knowledge of how AI capabilities are embedded within Dynamics 365 Business Central and Customer Engagement, including Copilot features for CRM and ERP scenarios.
- Understanding of how AI can be leveraged within Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to drive intelligent automation and insights.
- Solution Architecture & Integration
- Ability to design scalable AI solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and cloud integration patterns (Azure preferred).
- Client Engagement & Solution Design
- Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and craft tailored AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and other AI platforms.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and demos to showcase capabilities and value propositions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing AI architectures.
- Technical Leadership
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and generative AI technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and productivity tooling.
- Proposal & Documentation
- Develop and present technical proposals, solution blueprints, and architecture diagrams.
- Support RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical input and strategic insights.
- Enablement & Evangelism
- Educate internal teams and clients on AI capabilities, use cases, and implementation strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client briefings.
