Overview Of The Role

The individual will work in a team supporting Ilika’s production of Goliath solid-state batteries.

Responsibilities May Include But Are Not Limited To

• Making of coin cells;
• Performing quality control measurements on incoming materials using analytical instrumentation;
• Booking and receipt of raw materials into the system
• Execution of production work plan on schedule;
• Ensuring production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and quality standards are met;
• Effectively communicate with team and other stakeholders;
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operation Procedures and Work Instructions in day-to-day activities relating to printing, processing and evaluation of solid state batteries and prototypes;
• Awareness of good laboratory and health and safety practice;

Job Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of all key production processes and metrology;
• Enthusiastic learner with IT and mechanical skills;
• Min A-level or equivalent;
• Effective written and oral communication;
• Ability to follow well defined operating procedures in compliance with ISO standards to achieve high quality in a complex manufacturing environment;
• Good time management skills;
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team as a member;
• Conscientious and have a good eye for detail;
