The role

Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating career journey that promises growth, challenges and endless opportunities? Look no further, as we are seeking an Estimator to join our Smart Buildings Major Projects team.

You will

  • Collaborate with sales, engineers and clients to develop comprehensive BMS estimates across multiple exciting projects.
  • Be the driving force behind accurate cost estimation, ensuring projects stay on budget without compromising quality.
  • Utilise your keen eye for detail to analyse project requirements and tailor BMS solutions that exceed expectations.

You have

  • Previous experience in estimating or similar roles within the BMS industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for technology, energy and customer satisfaction.
  • A problem-solving mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
