What You'll Do

• Monitor KPIs and provide trend analysis
• Serve as a Playback KPI SME, delivering detailed analysis and recommendations to Support, Development, and Operations teams
• Identify active production issues and potential areas of player improvement using front end monitoring tools and backend KPI data
• Turn KPI trends into a cohesive story and deliver high level summaries to executive management
• Develop automated alerting and anomaly detection systems
• Assist with A/B experimentation monitoring and reporting
• Produce and maintain KPI queries, dashboards, and reports
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Expertise in complex data analysis to uncover actionable insights
• Ability to design queries across large-scale datasets
• Experience creating dashboards and KPI reports for performance tracking
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in video and ad delivery systems
• Proactive communication to collaborate with internal teams and enhance playback experiences
• Strategic thinking to support business decisions and improve key performance indicators

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
