We are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will play a pivotal part of our team where you will lead the elicitation, definition and documentation of complex requirements across various technologies and applications. In this role, you will have opportunity to engage with stakeholders, manage processes, and ensure the successful testing and validation of projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead strategic analysis of business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities aligned with company and technical objectives.
• Define and document complex requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences across digital projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape project scope, success measures, and deliverables.
• Facilitate requirement elicitation using interviews, workshops, and surveys, ensuring clarity and ownership.
• Create and maintain documentation standards, including process flows and technical diagrams.
• Support cross-functional teams by translating business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Manage technical risks and backlogs, ensuring timely resolution and meaningful change.
• Partner with QA teams to validate solutions and produce training materials for impacted users.
