What is Flagstone?

Flagstone is many things. An online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. A diverse group of people, bound by a collaborative spirit, and shared purpose. And lastly, a thriving, profitable business – where smart people do their best work.

Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It's our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage.

A feel for our culture:

To revolutionise the savings market, we need to be at our best. But high performance takes more than talent – it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth.

That's why we're building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued. Where, with close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations. And be rewarded for it.

We may not change the world, but we can change the world of financial technology. And all it takes is a winning mix of drive, talent, and empathy. Our culture celebrates all three.

But enough about us. Let's talk about you.

Does this sound like you?

You're an ambitious Tech Talent Partner, ideally with 5+ years in-house recruitment experience working in high-growth, Tech and Product led businesses, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and bringing in best-in-class talent to our growing business. This would be the perfect opportunity for someone with solid recruitment experience to add value and make a huge impact whilst learning, developing and having lots of fun whilst doing so. You'll be able to bring your own individual perspective to the team and play an important part in helping us spread the word about Flagstone and all we have to offer our colleagues.

What you'll do

As our dedicated Tech Recruiter, your primary mission will be to help scale our tech teams at pace, focusing on securing the best talent. Over the next 6 months, you'll be responsible for filling key roles in technology, with a high priority on Microsoft-related skill sets. You'll manage a high volume of recruitment, handling multiple vacancies simultaneously, but with a laser focus on quality – ensuring each hire contributes to our business goals and culture. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you'll lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer management, while always delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven successful experience in scaling tech teams in-house, in fast-paced environments.
  • You can demonstrate subject matter expertise across a breadth of engineering and tech roles, particularly hiring for Microsoft.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and outstanding communication skills, with a keen focus on strong delivery
  • Strong client-focus and commitment to continuous improvement of hiring processes, thinking of new ways to improve the candidate experience and internal stakeholder management.
  • The ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates; a strong brand ambassador to Flagstone
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • A real team player with initiative and the desire to constantly learn and get things done
  • Strong problem-solving skills; the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to building an inclusive hiring process and being a true ambassador of Flagstone's employer brand.

How we reward you:

  • Remote working kit
  • Around the World in 90 days (remote working)
  • £1,000 annual learning bursary
  • 25 days holiday
  • Additional 3 days community and charity leave each year.
  • Fertility, early pregnancy, and menopause support
  • Quarterly half days for Wellness leave
  • Flexible bank holidays
  • Income protection
  • Life insurance (4x annual salary)
  • Matched pension contribution
  • Private healthcare
  • Gym discount
  • Dental/Optical care
  • Season ticket loan

All are welcome.

At Flagstone, we're assembling a diverse team that defies our industry's norms. Think this role could suit you? We encourage you to apply, no matter your background.
