Role Overview
This is a key role supporting our Thames Valley team in delivering customer service excellence to external and internal customers, ensuring that the RLB ethos is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking travel and accommodation for senior members of staff.
- Assisting teams with various administrative tasks
- Booking meetings and events (internal and external).
- Assisting with contract management – Liaising with document controllers where relevant.
- Supporting other administrators where necessary and providing holiday cover.
- Creating and maintaining good relationships with other administrators and colleagues within the business.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a administrative role ideally within the Construction sector for Consultancies.
- High level of IT competency, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
- Pro-active, diligent, flexible and reliable
- Recognised as a client focused, positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support to their peers and seniors. Recognised as a team player with a strong willingness to learn.
- Demonstrates a positive and proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
